#31. Took me 5 attempts to wake up the lethargic Genie this evening. Probably the damn remote — which started giving me problems yesterday (#21).

#32. Why does the Genie expect an ‘OK’ confirmation when it is woken-up from power save hibernation. Just get on with it. Just flash the message saying it has restarted and get on with it.

#33. DirecTV tried to charge me $5 on Saturday when I wanted to talk to a Customer Service Rep. about the PIP problem I was having. I hung up, called again and started by saying I had a billing issue — which I also had. Those calls are free.

#34. I got bill through the mail yesterday, though I had signed up for paperless billing — and this, furthermore, 2 days after they had already charged my credit card for the full amount of the bill.

#35. As I described in this post I hung up on four (4) DirecTV reps when I was trying to get a price on what my DirecTV service would cost me.
