I need health care insurance.
I have insurance through the NH state plan (since I am ‘self-employed’) but they are EXPENSIVE and they don’t like, on principle to pay any claims, and I have a $10,000 deductible.
I have been trying since last night to set up an account at www.healthcare.gov.
The app. does NOT WORK.
Keeps on giving me RANDOM errors.
I have tried it using different browsers. I have used different userids and e-mails — and even changed the security questions because one of the errors is that I used the same security question, and I didn’t.
Tried the help page. Got this PAGE ERROR page.
Got an online Chat …
They never even chatted with me … told me to call 1-800-318-2596. You can see:
After about 4 minutes I got a rep.
She sounded as if she was half-asleep and that I was waking her up.
She wanted my street address.
Then said that there was NOBODY AROUND ‘right now’, 12:00 pm (noon) Eastern time, to help me set up an account and that I should call back later. Couldn’t tell me when … later.
This is stupid.
I get they have spent millions setting this app. and it does NOT work.
This is crazy.
