5th attempt ONLINE.
2 paper applications.
2 applications via Call Center.
Started on October 1, 2013.
26 Calls, 3 alone TODAY.
But, here was the KEY.
On my 3rd call I finally, after 20 minutes of pleading, groveling, cajoling and nearly crying
I managed to get her to totally DELETE the two applications they had for me online.
Those were ones I had ‘completed’ in October when the system didn’t work.
Once those were deleted … and she hung up … I started again.
I will CONFESS, though I hate to do so …
System is SLICK. Night and day compared to original system!
So getting REAL, American (as opposed stupid but money hungry, conniving Canucks) to do the software did make a difference.
So, all I can say … is that the bloody things does now work.
But, I still have to wait to get a paper bill etc. etc. So still plenty of time to screw things up.
Since I am aucker for the ‘Fiddler‘ lets round this up with ….
