I feel so lucky! Lisa, from the N.H. Insurance Department was right. I am ‘the lucky one’.
Well, she promised to send me a letter that I could use in lieu of my Insurance Card — but, she did better.
Today, I received, in my e-mail, a PDF. Voilà a facsimile of my Insurance Card; both sides — right size and all. I am all set.
Thank YOU, Amy. You are amazing.
[Yes, I do know her full name, but I am not going to bandy it around.]
I am so happy and relieved. I finally have coverage.
Yes, I persevered, endlessly and was not shy in asking help from all and sundry. It paid off.
But, I, given that I do care about others, worry about those who have got lost in the system.
Hopefully some of them might see these posts and work out what they need to do.
IF you are in N.H. PLEASE call the N.H. Insurance Department. They are WONDERFUL.
Also try calling Anthem. Other than the idiot Indian, and I hope they have deported him back, they have really been very nice. Very helpful. So, there is hope here.
Of course, Senator Shaheen, yet again, came up trumps for us. I am impressed and grateful. But, then again I did campaign door-to-door for her in 2008. But, that is good.
