Deanna went to the SAU #72 office around 2pm on Monday, March 9, 2015 to hopefully pick up copies of the Lander letter and email to the ACS School Board that he was withdrawing YET LLC’s agreement (whatever that was) with ACS. Deanna, via “Right to Know”, has been trying to get hold of these documents since March 5 but we have YET to see them.

Deanna found that the office was closed with a handwritten note saying that ‘they’ will be back on Tuesday morning. As far as I know there are supposed to be at least three people who are supposed to be at this office — though one, I know, is in all respects, a part-timer. C’est la vie.

I have also been trying to get my hands on the ACS School Board minutes for 2015. Go take a look. At least on the evening of Monday, March 9, 2015, around 7pm, it still said what I show above. “No Items Found”. As far as I know there have been 3 or 4 legitimate Board Meetings in 2015 and probably a few more that might not have been kosher. But we sit 67 days into 2015 and there are NO minutes posted. I could be wrong, but I think that, YET again, they may be flirting with the law. I kind of think that there is a time limit by which minutes of N. H. public meetings pertaining to local governance needs to be posted. I really think it is time we had some adult supervision around here.
