Is “GoDaddy Pro” For Real?

This arrived via e-mail this morning.

I am by force and nature suspicious of any and all e-mails of this nature. There are too many malicious scams about. So I will NOT click on anything unless I am about 1,200% certain that it is legit.

To begin with I always check the domain name of the sender. In this case it was: That got me on guard. I actually checked and it does resolve to, but that alone does not make me happy.

The “Get Started” button does go to — and I am NOT going to risk that.

Plus, I do NOT need anything fancy from GoDaddy — anymore. I now basically have very little with them. They did a wonderful job driving me away
