First Morning Of 2021 When Temp. Was At Least 60F When I Set Off For My Morning Walk.

by Anura Guruge

WOW. I couldn’t believe my eyes. 60F. Warm at LONG, LONG last.

The ‘Spring’ of 2021, IF you could really call it as such, has been very cold, windy & chilly. Even YESTERDAY it was in the 40Fs when I set off for my 4- to 5-mile morning hike around 9:45. I have been wearing 4 to 5-layers of clothing. It has been COLD.

So, today, FINALLY, a bit like it is supposed to be.

We have NO GLOBAL WARMING. That is official. Go check the New Hampshire weather archives. We are running COLD. 15F below average last week!

So, please don’t tell me about Global bloody Warming.

I will agree with you 100% that we have Climate Change. No question. But, what we have is GLOBAL COOLING. OK? Any questions?

I don’t think it was a coincidence. I think they realized that IF they could win me over — they must be doing real good.

To be honest, I had no idea that Volvo was not a public company. I just looked them up in Wikipedia. Ah! Ah? Wow. Wow. Wow. Volvo cars is Chinese owned? Yikes. I need to look this up. I thought they were Swedish. I am not sure I want a Chinese car.

Well, well, well. I was THINKING that I might subscribe to the IPO, but not if it is Chinese owned.

These days nothing is like what you had hoped & expected.

The Ultimate Federal Government Handout — Free Lighthouses.

by Anura Guruge

From ‘Google News’. Google for more.

Sure beats a $1,400 stimulus check — at least in my case. True, will not be everyone’s cup of tea. But, I would have gladly traded both my stimulus checks for one of these. Wouldn’t you?

Stimulus check.

A lighthouse.

No comparison. But, then again a stimulus checks pays for your upkeep while it would take quite a few stimulus checks, a month, to pay for the upkeep of a lighthouse. I guess that is the catch. Like timeshare. It is the maintenance fees that will cripple ya.

Well, I doubt they will give me a free lighthouse though I know, deep inside, that I am deserving & worthy.

Maybe you might have a better chance. Well, I have given you the heads up. Google.
