I Hope I Never Need A Smart Device To Tell Me When My Bladder Is Full.

by Anura Guruge

I, at least for now, have no problem, whatsoever, of knowing when my bladder is full.

I hope I will always know when I need to empty my bladder.

This is being show at CES 2019 which is how it came to my attention.

I am sure it will help some.

What next?

Aren’t you glad that we live in interesting times.

This is BIG. Garmin ticks off another box on the ‘smartwatch‘ checklist — cellular connectivity. For now it is limited to Verizon and the Vivoactive 3M. But, we know it will soon be extended to include the Fenix 5 Plus and the Forerunner 645M and more cellular carriers.

Some of you are going to LOVE this especially if you have Verizon.

The two-way texting could be neat though not sure how practical it will be.

Those safety features could prove to be the main catch. I go running in some remote places without a phone and it would be nice to know that, if needed, I could get help using my watch.

But, from what I see, the initial push is for music download and I am skeptical about that. But, maybe Garmin got enough requests.

It is kind of pre-announced at CES 2019. Not going to be available for 8-weeks (i.e., two more months) and it is interesting that Garmin is not quoting a price on its Website. I checked around. Pricing has not been determined as yet.

I will, of course, keep you posted. Stay tuned (and you don’t need Verizon LTE for that).

Is Intelligence, i.e., IQ, In Someway Related to Brain Cell Size, i.e. Neuron Size?

I guess, like I, you too may have wondered, more than once, as to what makes some folks more intelligent than others.

Obviously it has something to do with the brain. It can’t be a function of anything else.

This hypothesis, as such, has some merit — especially because it also contends that more intelligent people have more connectivity between their brain cells. That certainly would help.

So, check this out. What have you got to lose?
