So, this year’s April 12 Easter is towards the middle of that range. As such it happens on a fairly regular basis.
However, between 1998 & 1936 there was a 62-year gap. 62-year gaps happen with Easter — quite often.
But, I have as yet not been able to work out why we get those 62-year gaps. Sorry. BUSY. Very busy. SMILE.
11-year gaps for such ‘movable holidays’ is common — the 11 having to do with the 7-day week and leap years every 4-years. As you can see we do get 11-year gaps quite often, just not the last time around. 35-year gaps are fairly common too.
Easter is next Sunday.
Last time Easter was on a Sunday was last year. SMILE.
