Make Sure Everyone Taking Diabetes Drugs Have Heard About This!

This, of course, does not apply to all diabetes drugs. That would be disastrous. Just to a particular, new type of oral drug — sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitors (SGLT2 inhibitors). From what I can see, in the U.S., these include: Canagliflozin (Invokana), Dapagliflozin (Farxiga) & Empagliflozin (Jardiance).

It looks pretty nasty. So, best to be forewarned.
