Question is, can you same the same. SMILE.

As soon I saw them, I couldn’t resist. SMILE.

Kia Sinclair, Founder Of N.H. ‘Free The Female Nipple’ Comments On U.S. Supreme Court Indecision.

by Anura Guruge

if you are unfamiliar with the case.

Kia Sinclair’s comments (via ‘e-mail’) on January 13, 2020.

“I am disappointed as well. The good news is this is only the court declining to review our case, it isn’t a ruling on its merits. It sets no precedent. It’s rare for SCOTUS to grant cert. We have other legal avenues we can down. Currently there are several cases around the issue of female toplessness around the country, so the fight is far from over.”

goals for this movement

There are quite a few posts on this blog about
Kia Sinclair and her
“Free the Female Nipple” N.H. movement.
Use this blog’s search function to locate them.

I got to know Kia Sinclair, a dynamic, eloquent, cerebral & committed, young lady in 2015 when she courageously started this movement. We collaborated quite a bit that Summer. That is how I got to know Kia. She is an impressive lady and I know she will prevail. Of that there can be no doubt or debate.

Check her out. She is a BIG name for the future.

New Hampshire Supreme Court
ruling was gobbledygook.

This NH Supreme Court ruling upset me GREATLY.

The U.S. Supreme Court’s, extremely unfair & arbitrary snub, has me seeing red.

This is wrong very wrong.

We should not have this discrimination — especially not enforced, unilaterally, by a city.

Not sure what happens now. I guess the lower court, i.e., N.H. Supreme Court, ruling prevails. That is just NOT right.

I am sure Kia et. al. are looking at other legal options.

Maybe the new mayor, the Admirable Andrew Hosmer might look into this. He is a lawyer and has a calm, level head.

I was a big supporter of Kia Sinclair when she started ‘Free The Nipple‘. Then we found out that there were NO State Laws in NH that forbid the display of nipples. I thought, obviously incorrectly, ‘CASE CLOSED’. Kia Sinclair was right. I was wrong. Case was not closed. We have to continue to fight.

And I am back on the case. This has to end. As the photo below clearly shows I try to go topless most days during the NH Summer. I consider it a right. If I can go topless then Kia Sinclair should also be allowed to go topless.

This is so inane. So, New Hampshire.

HUGE, Huge WIN For ‘Free The Nipple’ – Laconia, N.H. Now Sticks Out, Awkwardly.

The de facto win for ‘Free the Nipple‘ in ‘Fort Collins‘, Colorado is HUGE and with enormous consequences.

‘Fort Collins’ was trying to enforce the SAME local ordinance, when it came to female toplessness, as Weirs Beach, Laconia.

Fort Collins admitted defeat. Laconia should do the SAME.

A Circuit Court decision has sided with ‘Free the Nipple‘.

Kia Sinclair should rejoice. She was right all along.

This is GREAT. This is WONDERFUL.

The Laconia ordinance is wrong. It is now borderline invalid.

Kia Sinclair no longer needs to take this to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Case has been decided, in Kia’s favor, in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Kansas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

SIX (6) states.

Laconia has no leg to stand on.

Kia Sinclair prevails.

Free the Nipple stands firm.

So, this, of course, exceeds anything we have managed to achieve in New Hampshire — the Hampton Beach topless events notwithstanding.

This was protesting the Facebook and Instagram ban on photographs of the female nipple, though the whole issue of ‘Free The Nipple‘ is still very relevant especially after the New Hampshire Supreme Court, inexplicably, claimed that it was NOT discriminatory to ban the female nipple but not the male.

So, it is good that the fight continues.

I am a supporter. I believe in equal rights to both sexes when it comes to going topless — a right I exercise near daily in the Summer.

So, here is to “Free The Nipple“.

This NH Supreme Court ruling upsets me GREATLY.

How can it NOT be discriminatory. I as a male can do something, legally, that a woman can’t do — and that is not right and it is discriminatory on the grounds of gender.

This has to go to the U.S. Supreme Court.

This should not have anything to do with politics — Democrats vs Republicans, and who nominated the judges. This is all about people, equality and common sense.

I was a big supporter of Kia Sinclair when she started ‘Free The Nipple‘. Then we found out that there were NO State Laws in NH that forbid the display of nipples. American Fear Of The Female Breast (& Nipple) — The Alizé Cornet Incident At The U.S. Open.

by Anura Guruge

Click pictures to ENLARGE.

Why of why of why?

Male players, as you can see from the image above, are allowed to prance around topless — as they should. And remember, I speak as one who goes running TOPLESS, in New Hampshire, most days during the Summer/Fall, including today.

The hypocrisy drives me insane. Why the FEAR of the female breast — and the nipple.

As even a cursory search of this blog will prove, in buckets, I was an early and ardent supporter of ‘Free The Nipple‘. I have never had a problem with female toplessness! I believe in 100% equality when it comes to toplessness (and for that matter skimpy men’s bikini swimwear, e.g., Speedos).

French Alizé Cornet getting penalized at the U.S. Open was beyond stupid. She did NOT expose ANYTHING (and some, I am sure, are saying ‘Alas’).

This has to stop — PLEASE.

Looks pretty impressive. Puts New Hampshire’s once much vaunted ‘Free The Nipple‘ demonstrations to shame!

I did not realize that this has become an annual June 9th event.

The 2017 demonstration is said to have been inspired as a protest against who got elected in November 2016.

2017 Bikinis You Are Unlikely To See At Lake Winnipesaukee Or Anywhere Else In New Hampshire.

From May 29, 2017  U.K. “Daily Mail“.

I could, of course, be proven wrong, and if so, I will not sulk.

Just a hunch, and it has nothing to do with the damp, cold start to the 2017 Summer we have had so far.

I am NOT sure what to make of these. Are they cute or are they sinister? You could read them either way — modesty or groping!

As ever, I will keep an eye open and let YOU know IF I see any. OK?

“Free The Nipple” Now In New Zealand Which Has Liberal But Ambiguous Topless/Nudity Laws.

by Anura Guruge

As someone who goes topless as often as I can, I have always been a big proponent of toplessness — whether it be people or cars.

I fully support a female’s right to go topless.

The one gripe I have had with the “Free the Nipple” movement, especially the New Hampshire arm, is that you can’t PROTEST for ‘freeing the nipple’ when the LAW already permits (or at least does not stop) female toplessness.

So, I basically don’t agree with PROTESTING to free something that is ALREADY FREE. To I that just feels wrong and an insult to all of those, worldwide, that are protesting against things that are unreasonably banned.

On that vein, the situation in New Zealand is interesting. Basically they appear to have no statutes against nudity. That is different from say New Hampshire which has a statute that says female topless is not against the law. Hence the ambiguity. Not having a law is sometimes not the same as having a law that says something is permitted or not. So on that basis I am all in favor of this movement in New Zealand.

Google “New Zealand Free The Nipple” for much more. Even pictures. {SMILE}
