I Got A Fitbit “Skyscraper” Badge For Climbing 100 Floors Yesterday. Their “Ferris Wheel” Was Too Premature.

Yes, 100 floors — that is about 1,000′ vertical feet.

I am happy. I know I have climbed more than that — hiking in Acadia or Monhegan Island but I don’t have badges from those.

I kind of knew I would reach 100 — because I have modified my exercise regime. I need to lose some weight. It is no longer funny. I am more bloated than Drump.

Anywho.

Tomorrow is my day off when I rest my aging, aching muscles.

Maybe I will try again on Sunday or next week.

Fitbit Sent Me This “Ferris Wheel” Badge For Climbing 75 Floors In A Day — But, I Am NOT Done For The Day!

I despair with Fitbit.

Today was NOT a good Fitbit day. I discovered, all on my own, that the latest firmware caused by Ionic to underreport GPS mileage. I was immediately told it was a known problem! Jeez. GPS mileage is pretty basic. You would think they would test that …

Then, this badge. I should be chuffed. No, I am NOT!

Why, I got it at 8:42pm today. I am not sure about YOU, BUT I do not go to bed for another 5-hours. 5 hours. I will climb at least another 10 floors.

What can I say. Climbing stairs is my thing.

One of these days I will have to try for 100 floors in a day. I can do. Piece of cake.
