The YouTube video (above) explains it ALL — including the propensity to honk even when they can see that the light is RED. That is what makes Indians so special and why I could never be an Indian.
But, here is the sad thing. I am fairly certain that you can’t teach Indians, young or old, any new tricks. Yes, dogs tend to be more talented! So, this technology is going to totally confound the buggers. Trust me on this. I have lived in India, I have visited India too many times and I know a LOT of Indians. They will not learn. This will be so funny. It could lead to riots.
Never mind the ‘Cinco de Mayo‘ Google Doodle. Google, as I pointed out last year, has never done one. Probably because it commemorates a war victory and Google prefers to stay clear of subject matter of that nature.
