What about American icon, Andrew Wyeth?

He painted a 14-year old girl nude — multiple times.

Though I am a great fan of Andrew Wyeth, this aspect of his work has always bothered me — as father of three daughters.

I kind of reconciled it as “well, that was then” — though it wasn’t that long ago. That 14-year old and I are contemporaries. I know.

Well, now that we have this new — justified — awakening … WHAT about Wyeth? Should he be allowed to get away with it?

Why target just the New YorkMetropolitan Museum of Art‘? What about all the galleries that carry Wyeth?
