I only started this 500,000-steps/month goal last May (i.e., May 2020). Kind of walked that without setting out to do so, But, when I realized that I had walked 500,000 steps, I LIKED it. Decided to make it a goal. The following month, June 2020, was 30-days. Ooops! One day makes a difference.
I then decided that I will not let 30-day months get in the way. One days was not that difficult to surmount.
So, this was my 1st February.
Well, I set out to see what I could do. I did the sums. I had to walk, on average, 1,000 more steps a day than on other months. So, that is what I did. I like to bank up steps on good days. So, in February I did quite a few 20K days. That helped.
So, my streak is still going. 8-months & counting. SMILE.
