I have known ‘Tee Gee’ & admired his work for quite a few years. He has even helped me with one of my photos in 2016. He was good then, he has become BRILLIANT now.

I have always admired his monochrome work. This, today, I think, is his best. What do YOU think?

He will soon be mega-famous. WOW.

Enjoy. Check out his Website. Contact him ….

Torsten ‘Tee Gee’ Glaenzel, Professional Photographer Par Excellence, Applies His Magic To One Of My Pictures.

by Anura Guruge

I have raved about Torsten Glaenzel, the amazing photographer,
before: here and here.

He liked one of my photos of Fort Stark and wanted to apply
his skills and imagination to it, as a black & white image,
using Adobe Lightroom (at which he is a pro).
Torsten justifiably is known for his black & white work.

This morning I got this image from Torsten with his magic applied to it.

This was the original.

This was MY attempt at converting it to b&w when Torsten
first told me that this picture would look good in monochrome.

Visited “Fort Stark“, just outside Portsmouth, NH,
on March 12, 2016.

You really MUST see — to appreciate genuinely high quality photography.

Another wonderful person I met ONLINE thanks to this blog. This is one of the joys of blogging like I do. You meet some really cool people.

Yesterday, Torsten left a ‘Like‘ and this comment ‘That looks great‘ against my “6 images for the day — December 3, 2015” post! Since I don’t (for reasons I have never understood) get many comments on my posts — though I average 700 HITS A DAY — I clicked on his blog. I was BLOWN AWAY.

To have Torsten saying my photos “looks great” is BEYOND a compliment. I am honored and humbled. THANK YOU, Torsten. You keep up the good work. I will TRY and learn from you.
